Date Project Design 2

My second design for The Date Project’s 2024 competition to create date tin designs for their 2025 date tins. This design incorporates two symbols of Palestine; the poppy, representing the colours of the flag and bloodshed, and a stylised fishnet pattern found in the iconic kufiyyeh.

I feel this matches The Date Project’s aesthetic; a striking, eye-catching and symbolic design. The flowers being shiny and embossed would make this pattern pop even more.
